"It is better to eat Twinkies with good friends than to eat broccoli alone!"
Just couldn't help but passing along these words of wisdom!
Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. Psalms 2:8 (NIV)

Looking Around The Hometown
While looking around the hometown this past weekend, I had the opportunity to see "The Century Plant". It rarely blooms, but when it does, the long thingie with a cyme of big yellow flowers
can reach up to 25 feet. The plant dies after flowering, but produces suckers from the base, which continue it's growth. The average lifespan is around 28 years.
